1. Introduction

This Refund Policy applies to all services purchased through www.neuroclean.co.uk. Neuroclean provides specialist cleaning and support services designed to uplift and transform living spaces with care and professionalism. Because our work involves time, labour, and personalised service delivery, refunds are limited to specific circumstances outlined below.

2. Services Covered

Refunds apply to services booked online, including but not limited to:

  • Standard Clean

  • Hazard Clean

  • Home Decluttering

  • Pay It Forward

3. Completed Work

  • Once a service has been carried out, no refunds will be issued.

  • Payment made for completed work is final, as services cannot be “returned” once delivered.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment: eligible for a full refund or reschedule at no extra cost.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment: subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

  • Failure to attend or provide access on the day of service: full payment will be retained, and no refund will be issued.

5. Deposits & Prepayments

  • Deposits or prepayments are non‑refundable unless Neuroclean cancels the booking.

  • In the event Neuroclean cannot fulfil a booking, clients will be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule.
